Terms of Delivery and Shipping:
Choccy Box Bouquets Delivery service can take up to (WA 9-10 Days) (SA 3-4 Days) (VIC 2-3 Days) (NSW 1-2 Days) (FN/QLD 3-5 Days) (SE/QLD 1-2) Working Days depending on the location of your Order, (Regional Areas) may take that bit longer, this is only a (Estimated Guide). Orders being placed on a Business Day no later than (2pm EST) will be processed and shipped the next Business Day, (We do not Deliver outside of Australia). Remember your order is being sent from the Gold Coast Queensland.

Pick up your Order:
You can choose to pick up your order from our Head Office which is located at Currumbin Waters Gold Coast QLD after 1pm
Same Day Delivery:
Orders Place for Same Day Delivery must be placed on a Business Day by 9.00 am EST…Same Day Delivery ONLY available in PARTS of the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads area also DEPENDING of the VOLUME of your order, please contact Choccy Box Bouquets for more clarification.
Orders Placed on a Thursday or Friday:
Orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday and any orders placed on a Friday will not be Shipped until the Monday. If Monday is a Public Holiday your order will then be Shipped on the Tuesday.
Weekends or Public Holidays:
No Delivery- Pick-up Only By Appointment
Recipient Not Home:
Please make sure someone is home to take Delivery of your Order, as the Courier will Require a Signature on Delivery, as No Orders will be Left at the Front Door. If not home the courier will leave a card to arrange Re-Delivery. A Re-Delivery Fee may occur. if you have not arranged to have your parcel Re-Delivered and it’s Returned to Choccy Box Bouquets a Re-Delivery Fee will occur. There will be No Refunds on any items that are Returned due to Recipient Not Organising Re-Delivery.
If you Arrange for your parcel to be Re-Delivered and its not Signature when its Re-Delivered, and you asked for it to be left in a Safe Place and its Stolen or Damaged in any way, you will Not Receive a Refund or a Replacement.
If you Arrange Re-Delivery any more then One Day after Delivery attempt was made you will not Receive a Refund
Any Orders that are Cancelled before they’re processed or Shipped will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $10.00. You will receive a refund less the $10.00 cancellation fee!
Any orders that have been shipped and subsequently cancelled! You will be charged the delivery fee and a Store Credit will be issued for the cost of the product you have cancelled! Not a Refund! No Refund on shipping Fees A Re-Delivery Fee will occur if you direct your order to a new location!
Delivery Fees are Not Refundable!
We use highly reputable 3rd party courier companies and will make every effort to deliver your order on time, however occasionally delays are experienced which is out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for 3rd party courier delays and delivery charges are non-refundable. We can not promise any special times or dates for any deliveries, we can only give an approximate dates.
Damage on Delivery:
If your order is damage on delivery, you must email Choccy Box Bouquets with a photo within 24hr of receiving your order. Choccy Box Bouquets will be more than happy to send a replacement order after your order has been Returned to Choccy Box Bouquets for inspection!
Our Peak Periods are around Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day Halloween and Christmas all orders should be placed at least 7 to 9 working days in advance to ensure theirs no disappointment on your order being delivered, as we are unable to accept any specific delivery time or dates. There will be no Refunds on any orders that are not place within 7 to 9 day prior of the Peak Period, such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day Halloween and Christmas.
Up to 5pm for Businesses and up to 6pm for Home Address.
