If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


If your order is damage on delivery, you must email Choccy Box Bouquets with a photo within 24hr of receiving your order. Choccy Box Bouquets will be more than happy to send a replacement.

If You Require a Refund:

You must return the item you received, and then Choccy Box Bouquets will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your Refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, Choccy Box Bouquets will initiate a Refund to your original method of payment) less a $10.00 Admin fee!

You will receive a Refund within 7  of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will be notified by email once Refund been processed.

Shipping your Returned:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and $10.00 Admin fee will be deducted from your Refund.
